No. All integrations are read-only. Eigenworks never writes back to Jira, GitHub, or any connected system. No agents are deployed in your infrastructure. No changes to your delivery pipelines are required. We connect via standard OAuth and read only what's needed for analysis.

Pricing is based on the scope of your delivery organization — number of connected repositories, teams, and the depth of governance coverage required. We do not charge per seat or per user. We will propose a specific structure after understanding your context in an initial conversation.

Native connectors are available for Jira (requirements and stories), GitHub (pull requests, commits, and branches), and TestRail (test cases and executions). OpenAPI/Swagger specification import is also supported. We are actively expanding the connector roadmap and welcome early access organizations to influence prioritization.

Yes. Eigenworks is multi-tenant with full isolation at the application and data layer. Credentials are encrypted and never exposed. Data is processed and stored in isolated tenant contexts. We are aligned to SOC 2 Type II security controls. Full security documentation is available upon request for enterprise evaluations.
